Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You will get a confirmation email as soon as the order is in.

Transit time
Once an order has shipped, delivery takes 7-15 business days. We would rather tell you that up front than promise two days and miss.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. It is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier, and you can follow it the whole way.

Packaging
Everything ships in a plain box. There is no brand name and no description of the contents on the outside or on the label.

Delays and lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for more than five business days, or the delivery window has passed, email us at support@myamoret.shop and we will chase it for you.
